$POET POET gives Lumilens $30m in EQUITY profit for a $50m purchase order and POET bulls are rejoicing? Shares are completely exercisable today (warrant to buy POET at $8.2 / share, currently trading closer to $22 / share) for a $50m purchase order? They get more rights to buy POET at $8.2 a share so as long as they purchase more. They already received a $30m discount on their initial purchase order. How much of a discount will they receive on future orders if POET is trading at 30, 40, 50+? How is this bullish for POET when they gave a MAJOR dilution discount in order to secure some business? Compare that with $IREN working with Nvidia, but only giving a warrant for a strike price higher than currently trading ($70 strike.)

It is valid, and it is not low IQ. Ironically, your response was very low IQ. We agree on one thing. We have definitely reached peak decadence as a society. When casting is obsessed with identity over the actual setting, so much so that the person cast now is ahistorical in setting; it’s usually racist. This is because if you hire a black person for a European role, you’re basically saying “there was no European good enough to play this role.” Same concept as hiring Brad Pitt to play a prince in the Middle East. There’s no ME actors that could have played the role? Replacing historical consensus of an entire region with identity politics, because “dur dur identity doesn’t matter / America is racist we need this,” is not advocating for less racism, you’re advocating for more racism.

My abortion is the kind people love to judge the most. I wasn’t underage, I wasn’t assaulted, and there was no medical emergency. I got pregnant because I knowingly had unprotected sex, no accident, no rare failure, just my own choices. By their standards, it was “irresponsible.” I knew abortion was an option, and I took it. Not because I couldn’t survive it or raise a child, I simply didn’t want one. I wanted sex without becoming a parent, and I chose not to carry the pregnancy. There’s no redemption arc here. I don’t regret it. Nothing terrible happened to me afterward, no punishment, no downfall. My life is still good. And that reality alone challenges everything people like to assume about women who make this choice.

Yes, I knew all of that. It’s more common knowledge than you think. Again, Nick thinking he found gold, when in reality we’ve already known all of this. Ask yourself, why were there so many Jews in diaspora around Europe? You think they packed for a nice European vacation? No, it wasn’t a Jewish vacation in Europe, it’s because persecution from Islam squeezed Judaism out of the ME. Europeans didn’t accept them either. They were minorities, looked different, spoke a different language, and were persecuted, until the rise of Hitler, where he proposed the final solution. The world finally realized “okay, what do we do with these people. They’ve been persecuted of of everywhere.” The solution was returning them to their homeland, Israel. Cry about it. Scream that they aren’t real Jews all you want. Nobody cares.

Nobody claimed taxes had nothing to do with it. I said that the country was not founded on not being taxed, and they definitely didn’t mind taxes as a concept. It was the lack of representation from Britain that was the issue. Refusing Americans the right to vote on law was the problem. Refusing to pay taxes was the language of protest. The slogan no taxation without representation was thus born. But the problem was representation, not taxation

It can but it’s not. If AIPAC has the sole capacity to destroy this country, we need to scrap lobbying altogether. Americans have also not been sent to die for another countries behalf. The US’ biggest blunders in the ME being blamed on Israel is a new conspiracy, but it’s not well supported, and again, I can care less about Israel.
