@Zola - Having a problem with the login page loading. It freezes up every time. I have been trying for about a week. I can open it in an incognito tab. Is anyone else having this problem or can you give some insight?

@SoutwestAir I love you so much!!! But I have literally spent 3 hours total on hold today (and am still holding on another call) with phone calls to customer service trying to get flights scheduled and corrected. So frustrated

For any customer whose website is currently down and has not received a response yet: * Data recovery could take weeks or longer, will be best effort and cannot be guaranteed * We will assist in transferring your domain/DNS so you can provision services with a new provider ASAP.

@adetogni @ThorpeForms @micfo Not sure if this will help anyone but found out that my domain was actually being held by Enom. Micfo was billing for it and paying them every year. Contacted them and explained the situation. They released my domain while I was on the phone.

@SouthernCharmEv @ThorpeForms @micfo As the outgoing email does not work and since the EPP is sent via email, I requested them to put the EPP in the ticket so I was able to read it from the client portal and paste it in my new provider.

@djttweeter @micfo I use Gmail. I don't pay Micfo for hosting they just hold my domain. But I have had no email since last Wednesday. I'm not tech savvy and have no clue what to do. I'm at a lost. 😞

We have received many tickets since getting the client portal up again. We know this is incredibly difficult time for everyone involved. We are working through the tickets as quickly as possible but if you haven't heard back, please make sure you listed a working email address.

@micfo I wonder if this was a DDS attack? Interestingly right before everything went down, I started receiving invoices from Micfo from every month this year saying they were "unpaid" which is not true. All of my invoices are paid up. Next thing I know, your entire servers go down.

Still no update or ETA. Hopefully will hear something tomorrow morning. For those asking about data loss, we simply do not know yet - right now we are still trying to get full service restoration. We will definitely let you know as soon as we know something firm either way.

@micfo Thanks for the update, but the skimpy information feels like being strung along to keep your customers from jumping ship. An update from the DC, whatever that does, doesn't seem to imply being back on-line. We could use more info.
