The study burned traditional Indian havan samagri—a natural mix of woods (like Aegle marmelos) and 50+ medicinal/odoriferous herbs (neem, tulsi, sandalwood, etc.) from Ayurvedic rituals. Pure herbal incense or smudge blends like that work best. Skip synthetic store incense—go for authentic natural versions. Burn safely!

Smoke can clean the air better than some chemicals. A study published in the Journal of Ethnopharmacology analyzed the effects of "medicinal smoke" - specifically the combustion of wood and a mixture of odoriferous and medicinal herbs - on airborne pathogens. The goal was to see if natural smoke could function as an atmospheric sterilizer. The findings were significant. The researchers treated a closed room with this medicinal smoke for one hour. They found that it didn't just mask odors; it decimated the bacteria. Within 60 minutes, there was a 94 percent reduction in bacterial counts. Even more surprising was the longevity of the effect. While chemical sprays often evaporate or dissipate quickly, the smoke treatment maintained a cleaner environment for 24 hours in a closed room. In an open room, specific pathogenic bacteria - including Staphylococcus lentus and Enterobacter aerogenes were completely absent even 30 days after the initial treatment. This indicates that the smoke possesses strong bactericidal properties, capable of eliminating diverse plant and human pathogens within a confined space. It challenges the modern assumption that air quality is only improved by filtration, This modern data validates a practice that dates back thousands of years. Indigenous cultures worldwide have long used smoke for purification. In India, the havan ritual involves burning specific herbs to purify the environment, while Aboriginal Australians have performed "smoking ceremonies" for roughly 60,000 years to ward off bad spirits and cleanse the land. Dr. Phil breaks down CCP organ harvesting in a way that exposes just how disturbing this system is. My newly released book, Killed to Order, is based on 20 years of documented research into this issue. “Right now, while you’re sitting here watching me, there are people on the other side of the world who are alive, breathing, thinking… who have already been matched to a buyer for their organs.” “Their blood type has been logged. Their organs have been appraised, and when the order comes in, they will be killed to fill it.” “This is not some conspiracy theory… this is something that has been documented over years of investigation.” “This is an $8.9 billion a year operation run by the Chinese Communist Party.” “The victims are prisoners of conscience… Falun Gong practitioners, Uyghurs… people whose only crime is what they believe.” “They are being warehoused in detention centers, kept alive, tested, typed, and harvested on demand for hearts, lungs, kidneys, livers.” “Transplant recipients can have a confirmed surgery within days.” @drphil Order my new book below👇

NEW: Brazilian politician Fabiana Bolsonaro performs blackface to show trans people that putting dark foundation on her face doesn't make her black, just like changing your body doesn't make you a different gender. The incident was reportedly a protest against the appointment of federal lawmaker Erika Hilton, a trans woman. "I am painted black on the outside. I identify as black. So why can't I preside over the anti-racism commission? Why can't I take care of this agenda? Because I am not black."

Fear doesn't disappear when you start aiming higher. It sometimes shows up even more. The difference isn't whether fear exists, it's whether it gets to make the decisions. The conversation happening inside your mind quietly shapes what you believe is possible for your life. If that conversation constantly pulls you back, ambition never has the chance to become action. But when the voice shifts from doubt to direction, your range of possibilities expands with it. -theflintmind

What will universities look like in the age of artificial intelligence? We are entering a transformation that reaches far beyond educational reform. The Intelligent Age, shaped by artificial intelligence, exponential technologies, and deep societal change, questions the very purpose of universities, the role of professors, and the expectations placed on students. It challenges not only how we teach but why we educate. Higher education stands at a decisive moment. Universities can help societies master the Intelligent Age, or risk losing relevance and public trust. What is at stake is not only employability or institutional prestige but the capacity of societies to preserve truth, cultivate judgment, and sustain human and democratic values in a technology-driven world. The book 'Universities, Professors and Students in the Intelligent Age' is written from a clear conviction: incremental adjustments are no longer sufficient. Artificial intelligence is transforming how knowledge is created, validated, and shared. Universities must therefore rethink their mission, moving beyond episodic education toward lifelong learning, interdisciplinary integration, and responsibility toward society. The perspective offered here is shaped by my own path as a professor and by decades of close engagement with universities worldwide, as well as by my work in building and leading global institutions. It also draws on my reflections in 'Restoring Truth and Trust in the Intelligent Age', arguing that technological progress must be accompanied by a renewed commitment to truth, responsibility, and institutional integrity. Yet the central challenge of the Intelligent Age is not technological; it is human. Our ability to compute and optimize has advanced faster than our ability to contextualize, exercise judgment, and act responsibly. Professors must increasingly serve as mentors and ethical guides; students must become active co-creators of their learning; universities must reclaim their role as institutions of wisdom and public purpose. The book speaks not only to academic leaders, professors, and students but also to parents, policymakers, business leaders, and citizens. The future of innovation, social cohesion, and democratic resilience depends on how higher education evolves. ‘Universities, Professors and Students in the Intelligent Age’ is available from all major online booksellers: ➡️🔗books2read.com/Universities #IntelligentAge
