I do not think one person in this thread understands the money - the printing or inflation. IF President Trump allowed the housing prices to fall so that the younger generation could ‘afford‘ them - the money printer would go off like crazy = the big banks who are the recipients of all the money printed and CONTROL the money - loan it to those closest to the banks you know ’their rich friends’ then they would buy the cheap houses up faster than you can blink.
