Men are PHYSICALLY able, but rarely financially able in these modern times. It takes longer and longer (and is objectively harder) to provide for a family as a single income so for a guy to be "set up" its extremely rare that he'll be in his 20s. Also men conform to what women are looking for, if women aren't looking for anything other than fun experiences then men have no reason to conform to a family minded mindset.
