@hedges23012 @hollywoodscifi “And the boots with the worf… (with the worf!) the whole club was looking at him.”
English

@EnrealidadNoUso You mean like MJ? I’m seeing the influence lol
English

Could you be more specific because all I see is an adult man very interested in a minor...
Massimo@Rainmaker1973
Not everyone knows that Bob Fosse in the 1974 Little Prince movie had a massive influence on Michael Jackson.
English

@thepingmachine @Ikopima09 Agreed. I didn’t like the other one either lol I almost wish they’d never do it again because they don’t ever do a good job.
English

@SpaceshipAddict @Ikopima09 It really is a shame that after two attempts, we're unlikely to ever get a decent adaptation of the X-Men Phoenix saga.
English

@EnrealidadNoUso Actually all good things was the movie idea and Shatner allegedly demanded he be the movie instead. There was no need for a transition movie. They had been on for 7 years and were quite popular.
English

@SpaceshipAddict I don't know if All Gods would have worked as a movie. And Generations was meant to be the transition from the old Trek to the new one for a mass audience.
English

@bestofStarTrek Hard to say. There’s a lot of good in season 5 but there’s something about season 4 that hits differently. The acting felt more subdued and real. Like we were watching real people in many moments. The budding romance with tom and belanna, seven learning about her humanity, etc.
English

@Beelzebugge I will never recover from this biting criticism. Thank you for opening my eyes. I will exit the internet and never come back because some stranger thinks I’m sad. Is that… is that the outcome you were hoping for when you were so triggered you had to type something?
English

@SpaceshipAddict This is just sad, dude, even your fans don't care.
English

Galaxy Quest (1999) starts as a loving Star Trek spoof, then quietly turns into one of the most sincere movies ever made about fandom, washed-up actors and second chances. Alan Rickman alone makes it unforgettable.
cinesthetic.@TheCinesthetic
Name the movie you recommend the most to people.
English

@SpaceshipAddict that's illustrating my point tho: Fed ships only have warp nacelles as outriggers, the BoP only has those guns. meanwhile that concept has BOTH, which is what's throwing me off
English

@SpaceshipAddict sure, but those weapons pod outriggers in the front offset that to make the whole design look overall very non-Trek again imo
English

@captainprotom It looks more trek than the defiant did at the time. This one at least had pylons and nacelles lol
English

@SpaceshipAddict I'm glad this one stayed just a concept. It's far too outlandish to be Trek imo.
English

@_Androclese_ @SCShipyards No that account blocked them for being an awful human being with nothing of value to say.
English

@SCShipyards @SpaceshipAddict Who knew that comm-badges were so high in calories! xD
English

@abyssatis @Mikecarppp @TheLOSTworld_ I’m not sure why this is such a talking point. Lots of people said it. They are dumb. That’s the extent of it. lol
English

@SpaceshipAddict @Mikecarppp @TheLOSTworld_ I mean, even if just 0.1% of fans really thought that they were dead “the whole show”, that would *still* be “tons of people”. So this kind of vague language doesn’t say anything really. It doesn’t mean that “most” critics, or even “a relevant portion”, fell for this confusion.
English

The LOST finale is perfect. They weren’t dead the whole time. The ending beautifully brings every character together in the afterlife they created to find each other again. Emotional, meaningful, and exactly what the show was always about.
