And the vehicular manslaughter is laughable considering the completely accidental nature of the Incident when considering the circumstances

I know the family well and am texting Jason's brother-in-law right now. Here is the text:
There was no “confrontation”. Jason knew the students were coming and he was excited and waiting to “catch them” in the act. It had been raining and he accidentally slipped and fell into the road in front of the vehicle as they were driving away and was hit. The students immediately tried to provide aid until the paramedics arrived. Jason loved these students and they loved him too. Our family fully supports getting the charges dropped for all involved. This is a terrible tragedy, and our family is determined to prevent a separate tragedy from occurring, ruining the lives of these students. This would be counter to Jason’s lifelong dedication of investing in the lives of these children.

@SparkzRL @cwgrl42632 @EWErickson @mkhammer It’s a sad situation all around. I’m just looking at this from the facts that I have read. This situation was 100% preventable. That has to be taken into consideration. If the charges are dropped it will be as a result of the family’s request, not because a law wasn’t violated.

@SparkzRL @cwgrl42632 @EWErickson @mkhammer No, I follow the law. Would I object if they weren’t? Absolutely not. Laws are about facts, not feelings. There are mitigating factors, such as insurance settlements, that may require charges be laid. In no way should there be any jail time whatsoever.

@Kitorialt @OWAnonymous_ Hey! So, the way that new accounts work in OW is that theyre placed based on your quickplay matches leading up to ranked. If you win most of them it basically forces you into masters+. The fact you only placed diamond 5 means you likely are a gold player at base. Hope this helps!

If you’re hardstuck congrats you are at the rank you deserve. That is your ceiling. If you’re consistently losing you are not where you’re supposed to be & vice versa. It’s that simple. Blaming matchmaking or teammates is all cope. You people are full of yourselves thinking u are somehow better than everyone in ur rank. Take some accountability (impossible)
