But for me, your question also doesn’t really make sense. If I didn’t have a specific use case, I wouldn’t have put on the device in the first place or bought it.
I use it for Mac Virtual Display over hours every day. For me, it has completely changed a lot of workflows and made me more productive.
English

@HeyFromPeter @SpatiallyMe @MrFinnLogic Now if he has a specific, specialised use case and ALSO wants to turn on his thermostat then good for him. But most people are like me, and see devs wasting time on a collection of redundant apps/features that don’t make XR more compelling
English

@HeyFromPeter @SwisherYard @MrFinnLogic I‘m getting comments like his all the time, I‘ll never understand the logic behind it.
English

@SwisherYard @SpatiallyMe @MrFinnLogic Use your brain bro. You really think he is suggesting you put it on just for this purpose?
English

@olitweetie I‘m wearing my Vision Pro because of a lot of reasons. For example I work in it 3-4 hours a day. During that time I love being able to touch the air to control the temperature.
It’s never just one reason you wear a headset.
English

@SpatiallyMe Yes, genuinely beautiful. However, who wants to wear it just to change the temperature?
English

@SwisherYard @MrFinnLogic This is for when I’m in the headset. I don’t put it on just to use it; it’s the other way around. 😄
English

@SpatiallyMe @MrFinnLogic But you can already do that with an app on the phone. How does putting in a headset become any more useful?
English

@MrFinnLogic I mean you can control the rooms temperature with it so I would say yes 😄
English

@SpatiallyMe I can understand it’s entertaining, like a video game. But is it really useful?

Excited to launch this. Never had a podcast before. Make sure to follow. A lot of great episodes are in the works.
Spatial Insider@spatialinsider
Spatial Insider is now available on Apple Podcasts and Spotify. The first four episodes feature conversations with guests from NVIDIA, Blackmagic Design, and more. Give it a listen.

@dam32600 This post is about immersive video, which couldn’t be more different from screen-based thinking.
English

@SpatiallyMe True Spatial Development code is yet to be built. I am amazed you are still transferring screen thinking into the Spatial world.

Immersa just solved one of Apple Vision Pro’s biggest problems.
Right now, there are filmmakers and studios creating incredible immersive videos that most people never get to see, simply because distribution is still too complicated.
The app empowers creators to share their work simply through a link or publish it directly inside the app. If you’ve never experienced immersive video before, it genuinely feels like having an entire cinema to yourself.
I can’t wait to see how much new immersive content this will unlock for all of us to get immersed in. Watch your first videos today in their free app!
English

@Remo_Pr0 @stepintovision Some, yes! They are building an open catalog like crazy.
The idea is also that I could easy share some videos with you and you could just open a link on your Vision Pro and it already opens the correct player.
English

@SpatiallyMe @stepintovision So when downloading the app is there already some content there?
English

I got to be one of the first to experience Real Madrid fighting for the Champions League in a way nobody ever has before.
The new Apple Immersive documentary behind the legacy of Real Madrid is coming out on Friday, and trust me, it’s one you can genuinely be excited for, even if you’re not into the sport.
In one moment, you’re getting closer to the players than any VIP ticket could ever get you, experiencing the action as if you could be in ten places at the same time, and in the next, you’re sitting together with the fans, feeling their reactions and emotions like you’ve always been sitting there with them.
It’s this kind of “god-view” that makes Apple Immersive so special. It’s not just visually immersive, it’s the first format that really manages to capture the full picture and show more than just a single perspective.
English

@creativeskg It was shot on over 30 Blackmagic URSA Cine Immersive cameras
English

@SpatiallyMe Super proud of what Jonathan is building
English

@wolleywill @choclift It’s on the roadmap 🚗iPad would make so much sense. In the meantime you can always use the iPhone version on your iPad!
English

@SpatiallyMe would really love to see @choclift on the iPad. Are there any plans for it?
English

Honoured to be recognised by Apple in this way, especially alongside so many of my friends from around the globe.
