🚨BREAKING: Iran has submitted a new proposal through regional mediators to end the U.S. war, according to a senior Iranian official who spoke to Drop Site News, while Trump reportedly weighs launching new strikes as soon as this weekend. The proposal splits negotiations into two tracks: ➤ Track 1: End the war first. Iran wants a formal declaration ending the war, an end to the U.S. naval blockade on Iranian ports, and the release of frozen Iranian assets before broader nuclear negotiations begin. In exchange, Iran would provisionally reopen the Strait of Hormuz, waive transit fees temporarily, and allow maritime traffic to resume while a new “governance regime” for Hormuz is finalized. Iran is also demanding a compensation mechanism funded by the U.S. and other countries involved in attacks on Iran to pay for damages inside Iran, along with an end to Israeli attacks in Lebanon. ➤ Track 2: Nuclear negotiations after the war ends. Iran says it would: • Suspend enrichment above 3.6% for 10 years • Dilute uranium enriched above 20% under supervision inside Iran • Commit not to develop a nuclear weapon In return, Iran wants: • Recognition of its right to enrich uranium • Limited enrichment rights preserved under a future agreement • Full sanctions relief The Trump administration reportedly wants the war-ending deal and nuclear agreement finalized simultaneously, while continuing to insist Iran cannot keep enriched uranium. Iran says that demand remains a major obstacle. Iranian officials also warned Tehran is preparing for escalation if attacks resume, including potential strikes on U.S. interests and bases beyond West Asia, as well as Gulf energy infrastructure and naval assets, alongside possible coordination with regional allies to disrupt shipping in the Bab al-Mandab Strait. 🔗 Full report below ⬇️

🚨 WARNING: A BIG STORM IS COMING!!! 99% OF PEOPLE WILL LOSE EVERYTHING IN 2026 OpenAI and Anthropic are now worth $2.7 TRILLION That’s 7.2% of the entire Nasdaq. Without being public companies. Without proven profits at scale. And investors are still bidding them higher. Numbers don’t lie: - $400B burned per year - $50B in actual revenue Here’s how the bubble feeds itself: - Big players fund each other - Partnerships create paper revenue - Money circulates inside the same system We’ve seen this before. 2000: - Companies with no profits - Massive valuations - Narratives driving everything Then reality hit. Nasdaq collapsed 80%. Now we’re watching the same cycle again. Only this time, it’s private AI companies. Less transparency. Bigger valuations. Same ending. For the record, I’ve predicted all the market tops and bottoms for the last 15 years, including the exact Bitcoin bottom at $16,000 three years ago and the top at $126,000 in October. If you missed those calls, don’t worry. I’ll call the next one too. Turn notifications on. If you’re not following yet, you’ll understand why that was a mistake later.

The most dystopian part of AI isn’t the technology itself. It’s the sheer amount of electricity and water being burned so corporations can automate things nobody asked to automate. Entire rivers diverted so an app can generate “funny medieval Breaking Bad images.” So LinkedIn users can produce motivational posts written in the tone of a traumatized flight attendant. We are constructing cathedrals of computation to eliminate the burden of having an original thought. And they keep selling this as progress. Meanwhile the actual physical world decays. Bridges collapse. Cities rot. Public transit looks post-apocalyptic. Young people can’t afford houses. But thank God the machine can generate 9,000 fake podcast clips per second. Civilizations used to build aqueducts and railways. Now we build data centers.

I’ve learned that apparently if you have any concerns about AI at all, if you express any remote skepticism, if you’re even a bit worried about giving trillion-dollar Big Tech behemoths free rein to do whatever they want with Ai, then you’re a Luddite barbarian who hates progress

@Motor1com This vehicle looks like a cat fish and a bit of George jetsons spaceship. It feels plastic, overwhelmingly busy and disjointed in appearance. Did they hire all the horrific designers BMW fired for the beaver tooth grill? How did AMG think this was sporty yet elegant?

Mercedes-AMG CEO Michael Schiebe thinks he's cracked the code on getting people to care about performance EVs. 'We would have been stupid if we did not observe the market over the last couple of years, right? So we know what our competitors did. We know what worked out, what didn't work out.' Scraping websites and having AI summarize them, so that no one visits the websites, is theft. Training AI on videos, so that it can make new videos that compete with them, is theft. We are witnessing the largest theft of creative work in history.

@SenSanders For every AI agent hired a company should have one human manager. If no human is piloting this agent the company should pay tax on that agent that goes into UBI for the 99% of us that will be displaced.

@RedWavePress This should not apply only to the bottom earners. It should apply to everyone up to a certain amount of taxable income. The first 75 to 100k should be tax free. The economy would explode in prosperity. Basic living would not be impossibly expensive anymore.

NAILED IT: Jeff Bezos: “A nurse in Queens who makes $75K a year pays more than $12K a year in taxes. Does that really make sense?” “So people talk about making the tax system more progressive. How about we start by having the nurse in Queens NOT pay taxes? At all!” “Why is a nurse in Queens who makes $75K a year paying more than $1K a month in taxes?” “That’s $1K a month that could help with rent or groceries or anything.” “And by the way, do you know what that all adds up to? The bottom half of income earners in this country pay only 3% of the taxes. It’s only 3%.” “We can find 3%. So we don’t have... it’s a small amount of money for the government. You know that. And the more I thought about it, to me, it’s kind of absurd that we’re doing this.” “We shouldn’t be asking this nurse in Queens to send money to Washington — they should be sending her an apology. It really makes no sense.” Exactly!

Mercedes has just officially unveiled the production version of its all-electric AMG GT 4-Door Coupe. • Range: ~315 miles (EPA) • 1,153 hp • 0-60 mph: 2.0s • Peak charging speed: 600kW • 106 kWh battery • 10-80% state of charge as low as 11 mins. Can add 244 miles of range in 10 mins. • Formula 1-based 800-volt battery • Fake V8 engine noises & gear shift sounds (shown below) • Mercedes said it’s using 1,600 audio files to “sonically interpret” different driving situations. The car makes “exhaust burbles and pops" like as gas car. • Axial-flux motors (a first). Runs parallel to the motor’s axis of rotation. In a conventional electric motor, it runs perpendicular to the axis. The front axial flux motor reaches more than 15,000 rpm at top speed. • 2660 cylindrical cells stacked vertically, arrayed in 18 modules, nine to a side. Nickel-cobalt-manganese-aluminum chemistry. Energy density of 298 Wh/kg. • Active aerodynamics • Top speed: 186-mph • Double sunroof with illuminated AMG logos over both driver and passenger seats • Triple-screen layout. 10.2" digital instrument cluster alongside a pair of 14" screens. Infotainment display is slightly tilted toward the driver. • Optional 5 seat layout U.S. deliveries start in late 2026. Pricing will be announced later, but it's expected to be well over $100,000.
