@FmrRepMTG @scotthortonshow @atrupar I keep seeing replies that Joe started dating his current wife within about a year of first wife’s death. In a couple articles I looked at, I saw that Joe MET his current wife around that time but no mention of when they started dating. Can anyone fill in the gaps with sources??

@osamathaher111 @JesseKellyDC @megynkelly Can you outline the specific actions that that would entail? Do you think a simple executive order would suffice or do you have a whole series of legal actions that would be unfolded to bring that to fruition?

@JesseKellyDC @megynkelly If the war drags on, I don’t know whether the midterm elections will even take place—Trump might postpone or cancel it because of the war. I don’t think Trump is considering leaving power.

November is a long way away, but if these numbers hold, we are going to get massacred in the midterms. That’s just reality. And when we do, not a single “94% of MAGA is still with us!” commentator will come to you and say they’re sorry.

@ComicDaveSmith Dave Smith’s argument relies on special pleading. He treats retaliation as a morally mitigating factor when Iran does it, but ignores that same logic when the US or Israel respond to attacks. Moral reasoning only works if the standard is applied universally

@mybizonly74 @catturd2 Wasting money and starting wars isn’t progress though. If McDonalds was closed you would buy a shit sandwich with the mindset that at least you found something to eat. Thomas Massie would go hungry that night instead and work towards a proper meal the next day.

Well now… isn’t this something. Thomas Massie spent money on an ad trying to convince everybody that Ed Gallrein left the Republican Party because he was disgusted with President Trump. Honey… that story sounds good right up until the moment somebody actually looks at the facts. Because according to Ed Gallrein’s own campaign, the reason he briefly switched to Independent had nothing to do with President Trump at all. It ALL had to do with Thomas Massie. Ed’s spokesperson, Alexandra Wilkes, told the Courier Journal plainly: "Ed briefly changed registration out of frustration with the broken system Congressman Massie created in his district, which hurt the Republican Party, and he is proud to stand with President Trump and true conservative Republicans." Now let’s talk about that word "brief," since some folks are acting confused. Ed Gallrein has been a Republican for over 40 years. Four years as an Independent during that entire time is what most people would call a detour, not a lifestyle. But here’s the part Massie really hoped nobody would dig into. In 2021 Kentucky redistricted, yall remember that mess? The Massie paid for politicians like Photo-op Felicia Rabourn and over cooked Massie foot kisser Adrienne Southworth absolutely having a fit? Yeah you remember now. Well it created a new State Senate race in District 7 where Ed lives. Where I also live. Gallrein switched back to Republican so he could run in that race. That’s it. No conspiracy. No anti-Trump rebellion. No dramatic political awakening. Just basic election logistics. And he only lost that race by 118 votes. So what did Massie do? He took a perfectly normal timeline and twisted it into a scary bedtime story for MAGA hoping nobody would check the details. Because if there’s one thing Massie understands, it’s that accusing somebody of disloyalty to President Trump is the fastest way to rile people up. Problem is… this one doesn’t hold water. And frankly, it’s a little rich coming from the same man who has spent years picking fights with the very voters he now expects to rally behind him. Around here we have a saying: If you have to bend the truth that hard to make your opponent look bad… you probably aren’t standing on much truth yourself. But bless his heart. Now pass the popcorn. - Auntie Julie 🔥 🔥 🔥

@chuckhersey @RandPaul You @grok which bills that Rand Paul has sponsored or co-sponsored has he then also proposed amendments to at the threat of voting against the bills without his amendments?

Just because you're a co-sponsor doesn't mean you wouldn't be a problem. Last I checked there was 50 plus co-sponsors of the bill. The problem is you would probably try to add an amendment like stopping Donald Trump from attacking Iran. Rand Paul, you are a true politician. Because you only speak half-truths, just like the serpent did.

@courtneyknill Just curious, can 13-year-old boys who were sexually active with adult women “formulate their own decision in the matter, and if they don’t feel that they were robbed,” let it be? I’m fine with that so long as we say to any adult woman thinking of having sex with boys “NO!”
