@Jenny_1884 @Primark want customers to use self checkouts and then have the audacity to get you to scan your receipt to exit. If they don’t trust people to pay then get more staff on tills. Primark regularly have very few tills open to cause queues and encourage people to use self service.

@Primark no flexibility on a return 2 days later than your 28-day policy when I explained I was out of town is an incredibly bad look in this economy. If small businesses can offer store credit, so can you. But I guess y’all don’t need to keep your customers, good riddance!
