9-year-old girl killed and two other children injured after two men allegedly high on drugs smashed their BMW into a family car in Birmingham. The horror crash happened at 11pm on Icknield Street in Hockley. The men, aged 22 and 23, were arrested at the scene on suspicion of causing death by dangerous driving and driving while unfit through drugs. The little girl died in hospital shortly after the collision.
