@woofle_train What I am saying is throughout my experiences commissioning artists, a lot have not been able to provide the art i paid for in a timely manner, and coming from well known artists too. I've poured thousands of dollars into them only to be ghosted or waited years to receive

@SpicyVTFollowin An artists ToS isnt gibberish, it establishes the type of commission you are buying. There are different types LEGALLY by copyright law. If you are only paying a small amount. Chances are you are not buying rights to the work. You need a IPAA or WFH contract for rights transfer.

So I will own nothing and be happy...? And I'll issue a charge back and you'll be happy too. This will only push buyers to use AI even further. An artist TOS is just gibberish. The only thing they should include are things that they are NOT willing to draw. Nothing more.

Quick reminder to artists that you should mention in your adopt/vtuber design TOS that using your designs in Gen AI of any kind revokes ownership. Protect your art, protect your business. And most importantly, fuck Gen AI 🖕
