First night of sleep on epitalon. This n=1 inspired by @TheDrMAWZ. I’m copying @CoffeeBlackMD and dosing in the morning on an empty stomach. Mostly because my evenings are hectic with kid activities and I didn’t want to have a huge variation in time between dosing and sleep. I immediately noticed I slept better when I woke up. Yesterday I wanted to sleep in more. Today I was just ready to go. Head felt clearer, I knew the sleep was more restorative. Oura highlights for the past two nights. I hoped for a bit more deep sleep. Maybe that will come later in this test?

Last week was my worst week ever. Yes, the perma bull lost nearly seven figures in 0-1 dte puts and futures I told myself that the market HAD to pullback at least a bit. I even started this on Wed-Thurs after sleeping in most of Monday and Tuesday. Blessed enough to be able to brush this off but still hurts very much nonetheless

Another fraud bites the trust. @lanto_trades tried to “win” a public bet by posting a screen recording claiming his TPT spend is under $300k then used ChatGPT to fake the narrative That’s not transparency, it’s deception (FTC-level). This kid is a walking liability. Fraud.

@Rizzo_Trades How do you determine value being built is bullish or bearish? If price makes a new high or low, it consolidates and "value" is built, yet sometimes it reverses and sometimes there is continuation. (hope you dont mind all the questions)

@Rizzo_Trades In terms of execution, are you placing limit orders at your levels? Otherwise, if you are looking for acceptance/rejection at your levels how do you define acceptance/rejection

What specifically do you want to know about Auction Market Theory? There’s plenty of resources online for free from the authors themselves and other sources so I’ll keep that part brief and focus primarily on how I use it to execute intraday and swing.

@smashelito but then as the trend continued the HCOTS were deceiving all above the bars. I was just wondering then since I only see you use finish do you not put value in HCOT/LCOT from your personal experience? It seems these values at times are helpful and other times add confusion. thanks

@smashelito Hey Smash, after you referring to Finish recently, I watched Gomicators, and added it and have been seeing nice results like today this is the start of the upleg, the finish was 699, also experimenting with LCOT/HCOT and you can see on the next bars negative LCOT for confluence
