Anyone who knows me knows my Nonna is my fave person I found out she had cancer a few weeks before I left for playoffs. Found out she was put in end of life care while in Vancouver for GC. Def the hardest post-season I’ve ever had. She left us last night. Hug your ppl 🥺🫶🕊️❤️
