@SportsDirectUK I ordered a pull up bar for delivery 19 days ago. According to the order latest delivery should have been the 13th. Your customer service email address doesn’t reply for two days. Your delivery partner doesn’t take calls. Your in store staff refuse to help.

@SportsDirectUK I bought shoes for my children online. They didn't fit. I wanted to return them. My partner went to your store in Brighton and you wouldn't accept the return because they were bought online. This is ridiculous and you are about to lose me as a customer.

@sportsdirect @halifax @TradeStandards why am I being contacted by multiple accounts claiming to be sports direct and trying to ‘help’ me by downloading an app to supposedly transfer my refund! This wouldn’t happen if @SportsDirectUK had a customer phonenumber. Trying to scam me!

@SportsDirectUK I ordered an Adidas 3 in 1 jacket size 14. SD40000126441710. When it arrived, the fleece was missing, and the coat was a 16/18. All the other labels were 14. I sent it back and reordered. It arrived today same problem. Not got money back from 1st one. Disgusting
