@SportsDirectUK I ordered a pull up bar for delivery 19 days ago. According to the order latest delivery should have been the 13th. Your customer service email address doesn’t reply for two days. Your delivery partner doesn’t take calls. Your in store staff refuse to help.

@SportsDirectUK Order no: SD40000126028851 Shocking experience with your customer service team. Refund refused for trainers which I only tried on once in my home & returned due to not fitting me. I have photos to prove they are in perfect condition. I will be taking this further!







@SportsDirectUK just to let you know you've charged me 177 and change twice. Once via PayPal and once via my card for the same order.










@SportsDirectUK you owe me a refund urgently for a parcel still not received form 31/7. By not refunding and now not responding to me you are fraudulent. Will never order from you again and urge everyone to follow suit.
