@SportsDirectUK bought shoes urgently req for school. Paid online, then stated 3-7 days wait to collect? Yet delivery would’ve been 24hr. All SD store tels no answer. Online chat bot useless & failed transfers to person. Want to cancel order! Every avenue blocked.
@RoyalMail My 48 hr RM parcel is late. Tracker states parcel is ping pong'ing between 3 diff depots! CS say it's due to a gap between the 1st & 2nd parts of the postcode provided, so their machines can’t read it, despite a correct address! It’ll continue until staff notice & intercepts!

@CitizensAdvice grateful for help. @FitbitUK@FitbitSupport forced recalls on Ionics due to faults & promised refunds within 3-6 weeks. I processed 2 recalls on 19th May’22. Chased many times & escalated recently. It’s been 18.5 weeks, still no refunds! Any advice? Thank you
@FitbitSupport Chased my escalation - told my refund (lost & forgotten by Fitbit May/June) is now ‘in process’, except(!) I have to wait a further 3-6 weeks for it. That’s NOT an escalation, it’s starting my refund as per normal, despite an already 16.5wk delay. Not impressed!!
@FitbitSupport I processed the recall/disabling of 2 ionics on 19th May’22, so have actually been waiting 16 weeks & 4 days for my refund. Should’ve been 3-6! Chasing is proving useless. Rather fed up of ‘Our team is working on it. You will be refunded soon’ lies.

@FitbitSupport I processed and disabled two of my Fitbit ionics back on the 18th May. I have STILL not received my refunds? That's 11.5 weeks!! The emails promised refunds within 3-6 weeks? Please help.
@ZomMichelle@FitbitSupport My friend has had her recall refund - it was also late but not as late as mine is. Firbit have been very disorganised. Maybe Fitbit don’t have the funds to pay everyone? Or maybe they’ve been swamped by the recall numbers. Either way they’ve not been honest,
@FitbitSupport I have a versa 3 - I wear it 24/7 unless charging - but yesterday it got stuck on the logo sign. No damage or knocks that I’m aware of. I’ve tried rebooting (pressing side button until logo goes and reappears) but it’s not rebooting. Stick on the logo. Any advice?
