FYI: Starting tomorrow (Monday, May 4th), live audio of the Elon Musk v. Sam Altman/OpenAI trial will be live-streamed on the official YouTube channel for the US District Court for the Northern District of California.
The livestream will be available to the public while court is in session, usually between 8 AM – 2 PM PT, Monday through Thursday, until May 21.

I totally can’t get it why this not an easy death sentence. Those who’ve been against death penalty don’t care much about victims, all their compassion is on the most vicious criminals!

I believe the next chapter is already taking shape. The timing feels right for him to turn his focus toward medicine—specifically, advanced gene-editing therapies that could cure cancer and eliminate most diseases within the coming decades. If anyone has both the resources and the drive to make that leap, it’s him.

My top six positions today. I’m sure most people are doing well with record market today. It’s ok to be happy but don’t get complacent.
Never planned on SOXL being my #1 holding, but it spiked up hard and even after trimming it’s still sitting there at the top. It’s definitely not a long-term hold for me—I just don’t swing it that way. That said, I still think semis have plenty more room to run. I’m not trying to call the exact top, though. To me it feels pretty close to fairly valued or even a bit cheap right now: PEG of 0.73 and forward P/E around 21.
The next big roadblock I see is energy limits, but I’ve always believed that if there’s a will, tech will find a way.
INTC and AMD are still five-year plays for me. AMD’s already up 24x on me—beats my first real TSLA bag by a good bit.
Biotech I’m looking at no more than two years tops, except for the gene therapy stuff (that’s position #6 and lower). I’ll probably be adding more there soon.
Just my notes. Remember, if you don’t have total conviction in the investment, don’t blindly follow anyone—including me.
Adding TSLA of course, 2026/2027 is the show me time for Tesla

Unions , especially UAW and teachers union , has been damaging our current and future. Teachers union behavior is especially toxic, hijackjng our kids to promote their agenda, most parents often can’t disobey teachers authority because they essentially kidnapped our children. 🇳🇴 A Syrian migrant found guilty of raping a 13-year-old Norwegian girl in a bike shed in Tromsø will serve just six months in prison after the sentencing court ruled that the attacker had a "low IQ" and "a reduced understanding of reality." Abdelmonem Abdelrazak Al-Yousef was found to have raped the girl in September 2024, less than a year after arriving in Norway from Syria. He met her in Tromsø city center before assaulting her on a park bench and leading her to a secluded bike shed near the Harbour Terminal where he raped her. He initially denied meeting the girl, but after semen was found at the scene and traced to him, he admitted to meeting the victim but not engaging in sexual activity. Psychiatric assessments showed he had a very low IQ, and the court ruled that "the defendant is most likely no further along in development than the victim." A change to Norwegian law last year removed the minimum prison sentence of three years for rape, allowing the court to impose a partial suspended sentence conditional on probation, meaning he will only serve six months inside.
