@sewateruk I phoned again yesterday - leak category was raised and your technician attended - water meter had been leaking and has now been replaced. Thank you for your assistance
@SpringerDee To allow me to look into this for you, can you please provide your account number and full address (including postcode) and also your date of birth. Alternatively, can you please provide the location of this leak.
Thanks Rosie.
@sewateruk I reported a water leak this morning - a lot of water is flowing from our water meter down the footpath and along the road. I've received no update nor can I see the reported leak on Aqualerter. Given current concerns re water wastage please respond urgently.
@SpringerDee Good afternoon Springer Dee,
One of our expert technicians will come out and review the leak, and if reported through our AquAlerter, you will receive regular SMS updates regarding this when we visit.
Many thanks,
Josie
@sewateruk Super - it was reported direct to yourselves but no update. Reported via Aqualerter but not showing on the map. The leak is getting worse and worse- my neighbours are in their 90s, if this continues will have to wade through the water to leave their property. Please escalate.
@virginmedia Master wall/extension socket. Please assure me that our service hasn't been switched to fibre without informing us. My parents are now 24 hours with no landline.
@SpringerDee How do you and your parents have their landline set up, is it through the router or still connected to the master wall or extension socket?
@virginmedia We've finally had it confirmed that there is an outage- 1hr 24mins on the call. This hasn't helped in any way. Where is the duty of care @virginmedia
@virginmedia@virginmedia Still waiting on X and to your call centre. This is unacceptable service. We will hold you responsible should my elderly parents be unable to call 999 this evening.
@virginmedia Your call centre are suggesting that you have stopped providing the service by copper wire! Apparently we should have received a letter! @virginmedia This is outrageous.
I have been put on hold by Anul Jana who is unable to report this as an outage!!
A huge thank you to @waitrose in Bagshot. An assistant gave my mum a beautiful bouquet of white roses today. No explanation but the result #happiness. Thanks for making her smile x
@SpringerDee Hi Springer 🙂 Thanks for getting in touch with us! We can confirm that the technician has been out on 21/07. Our technician has confirmed that there's no issue here, as this water leak is coming from the works that's being done on the reservoir that needs to drain away.
Thank you to everyone for helping to use water wisely over the hot weather period. 💙
Your continued support will really help to reduce demand, while we work hard to make sure there’s enough water stored up for the next spell of hot weather.

@AffinityWater ...and yet today, 28/7, the water still gushes down the hill. This is not a trickle it is a torrent. Why are your engineers draining the reservoir in a drought when we are being asked to conserve water?
#Camberley#Bagshot#SurreyHeath
@SpringerDee Hello, thanks for getting in touch. A technician investigated this on 21/07 and found water showing from drain of reservoir. Work has been done and one side is draining. I hope this is of some help. Thanks - Saffron
@QuestionofSport@SamanthaQuek@HollieWebb1@BBCOne Here is a question of BBC Sport? Which of these two once wonderful BBC programmes has made the bigger fall from grace? Question of Sport or Football Focus? It’s a tricky one isn’t it?
