Hey Spur. I cant send a direct message so I have to state my dissapointment on this post. We visited the Eldo Spur this morning and my wife ordered a meal containing 3 meats. She asked for it to be cooked medium. The meat was overcooked. We asked them to redo it but this time the meat arrived raw. It was so pink inside I half expected the animal to get off the plate and walk off. The staff was very helpful and wanted to change it but by then my wife had lost her appetite. Perhaps the cooks need more training on how to cook meat.

@SpurRestaurant Just address the issue. It appears you have a damaged sound system because of someone's party playlist that had excessive base levels resulting in direct DC voltage being sent to your speakers.

@SpurRestaurant Spur Village Mall Hartbeespoort. We went, we sat down, we left. Music distorted. Staff need to play music for their clientele and not what suits them.

Very disappointed with @UberEats @Uber_RSA Tried complaining about one of the meals but complaint isn’t going through at all. What annoys me is that my order took 1hr20 to arrive & there was no cheese on the burger & it’s called a cheeseburger. Buns are dry too @SpurRestaurant
