@DanHarte @CheltCivicSoc @GlosCC True. @CheltenhamBC consulted - and did nothing. I emailed the officer who led the consultation and received no response. The dumping of these mini hangars is probably a sign of funds needing to be spent by a deadline and a rapid plan B after the failure of Plan A. Sad.

Thank you to Ubico et al for the cleansing in Clarence Square today. Despite some people ignoring the signs, no parking cones, WhatsApp messages & notes on windscreens, it looks a lot better. Perhaps they'll sweep up when they move their cars.....I won't hold my breath.
