@SriganthV The addressee received the article in good condition on 22.09.2021. This was confirmed by the addressee in written and the same has been attached herewith. Hence, the question of conducting enquiry for abstraction of contents of the article does not arise at delivery point.

@IndiaPostOffice Even I have the video of unpacking where I can see the box seal has been cut. Also, the cover has been cut and repacked.

@SriganthV As per the information received from SPM, Collectorate SO, Khammam, at the time of delivery of the said article was in good condition. Addressee also confirmed the same (I.e, good condition of the article at the time of delivery). (1/2)

@IndiaPostOffice That was packed in a cover. It has been open and repacked in such a way that nothing was stolen. After they opened the package only they came to know the package was opened and repacked with the materials stolen and few shattered inside the box.
