A temple where the infamous @tnhrcedept has been continuing with a TRIPLE FRAUD for more than 4 Decades - A. Framed a Scheme of Administration for this Thenkalai Srivaishnava Denominational Temple in violation of Section 107 of the TN HR&CE Act, 1959 and Article 26 of the Constitution B. Appointed an Executive Officer to this Denominational Temple without having any authority under Section 45 of the 1959 Act C. This is the Super Fraud! Appointed the illegal Executive Officer as the SOLE TRUSTEE of the same temple and continued so for 46 years. Hindus in Triplicane and beyond have been Mandus for 60+ years in not defending their fundamental rights usurped by a Rogue Department. The fraud administration should have legally kicked out long back. Today the temple is losing Rs.100/- Crores per annum due to the corrupt and inefficient administration of the temple by @tnhrcedept The Hon'ble Division Bench hearing my PIL challenging the functioning of the non-est Executive Officer i.e. an unfit person functioning as the "Fit Person" of the Srivaishnava Temple - today gave an ultimatum to the Department to remove the "Fit Person" and appoint qualified trustees. The Bench observed that earlier judgments have held that an Executive Officer of a Temple cannot be the Fit Person of the same temple. In my petition I had pointed out that a servant of the Government being appointed as the Sole Trustee of a temple is in violation and contempt of the law laid down by a Constitution Bench of the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India. @trramesh @tnhrcedept @RameshOffcl I support removing corruption and inefficiency, not removing administration itself. The long history of Vadakalai–Thenkalai disputes in Kanchipuram Divya Desams shows why neutral oversight is sometimes necessary. The goal should be a better HRCE, not no HRCE.

@trramesh @tnhrcedept Without HRCE it would be impossible to provide equality based and common to all administration to our temples, what is needed to remove inefficiency and corruption but not the HRCE itself. Hope @RameshOffcl our new minister ensures temples are in HRCE control.

@AjayKumaarJi Our behaviour and attitude change depends on who are our co-passengers, in international flights to USA which last for 24 hours and more most Indians able to adjust in much smaller sitting space and leg space without compliants.

I recently travelled from Chennai to Bengaluru in the Mysore Vande Bharat Express… and honestly, it turned out to be the worst train journey experience of my life. 💔 I had a window seat, but next to me was a 3-4 year old kid travelling with his father. Almost throughout the journey, the kid kept kicking me, falling on me, and one of his kicks nearly spilled my tea. The shocking part was that his father stayed completely silent the entire time. And that wasn’t even the most frustrating part… The kid sitting in front of me kept adjusting and pushing his seat back again and again like it was some sort of game. I was working on my laptop, and multiple times the seat hit my knees so hard that my laptop almost shut close. Yet, even his mother didn’t bother saying anything. I genuinely don’t mind kids enjoying train journeys… but when their behavior starts making co-passengers uncomfortable, parents should at least step in. 🤔 To make things worse, even the dinner quantity felt extremely low. I raised a complaint on Rail Madad, but the manager simply argued that since the food box was “big,” there was no mismatch in quantity. 😭 Overall, this journey completely ruined my mood, and despite wanting to ask the parents to control their kids, I was so disappointed with the entire experience that I just stayed quiet. Have you ever experienced something like this during a train journey?
