Read below : 🌍🚜 Exciting Project Update! 🌍🚜 I had the incredible opportunity to supervise the end-to-end production and processing of cassava plantations into garri, with a focus on ensuring optimal yield, environmental sustainability, and safety compliance at Enshet Crop Solutions Limited. Over the past two months, we successfully exported over 30 tons of high-quality Garri product (known as GARRI ÈKÌTÌ) to the United Kingdom and the USA. This project not only highlighted the importance of sustainable farming practices but also emphasized how critical it is to integrate geological and environmental principles into agricultural production. From soil conservation to waste management and water quality testing, our team worked tirelessly to minimize the environmental impact while ensuring the product’s quality and safety. We are deeply grateful for the unwavering support of the Ekiti State Government, particularly through tractorization initiatives and the enabling environment created under the leadership of Gov @biodunaoyebanji. Special thanks to the Commissioner for Agriculture, @Ebenbolu for his visionary approach in driving agricultural development and fostering innovation that positively impacts the sector. Consequently, my sincere thanks to the Managing Director/CEO of Enshet Crop Solutions Limited, Ayodele Tunmise Timothy, PhD, whose unwavering leadership and commitment to poverty alleviation and eradicating hunger have been instrumental in the success of this project. It’s embarrassing that we don’t have video replay of these kind of situations on the court. What’s even more ridiculous is that we don’t have the rule in place that would allow chair umpires to change the original call based on the video review that happens off the court! Everyone who watches TV sees what happened on the replay, yet the players on the court are kept in “dark” not knowing what’s the outcome. We have Hawkeye for line calls, we live in the technologically advanced 21st century! Please 🙏 respective Tours, make sure this nonsense never happens again!
