Fritters! Fritters! Fritters! Which one is your favorite? As a kid growing up on St Helena, fritters was always that quick hot go to snack my Mum would prepare us. Both are so easy and quick to make, we often whip up a batch with left overs from making our pumpkin pudding.

On an issue as sensitive as this, an individual has to speak from a position that is not hypocritical and they should occupy the moral high ground and regardless of how small their own contribution to the very issue they are standing up against, seems.
