Hilarious the 'defensive security' reason gets labelled about too, like Forest away didn't happen with Dibling, in which was better than a lot of Mcneil displays this year from that perspective. Terrible the lack of chance he's been given.

@KieranJ_1979 Just hope we loan the likes of Aznou, Dibling and Armstrong out if we’re not going to use them. Would t really have missed them this season. At least Armstrong got half a season out. I don’t want us to go all out development signings like, agree with you there. Needs a mix.

@StJimmyEFC Aye. A full pre season will be key for a lot of those players as Rohl, Dibling etc arrived quite late. Feels we need another 1/2 signings like KDH personally who will improve the team ‘now’ personally.

I swear the biggest number of comments I see after Everton defeats are ‘we should have played Dibling & Aznou more’. Completely overlooking that we wouldn’t have the points total we did now if we had. We are still 2 points off Europe but have lost 2 key players at a bad time

@KieranJ_1979 Players will always have less favourable moments though. I’m hoping after a full preseason this year he’ll show some more trust this year but I’m also concerned about the type of signing we’ll be going for this summer.

@StJimmyEFC Rohl has also had some less favourable moments though too. And Dibling has possibly the easiest LB in Zinchenko against him at Forest - though he did have a decent game that night.

@KieranJ_1979 Obviously O’Brien showed it on the pitch where Dibling (Forest away aside) hasn’t but then you’ve got players like Rohl have a good start at Villa and barely seen again.

@frannyporter The problem is I don’t think the ship is actually steady yet. Still a lot of holes in the squad. I think it’s only steady currently because he’s in charge.

Moyes has done exactly what he was brought back to do, steady the ship. He's done with and should be commended. However, if we want to kick on, play modern football, actually win a derby, we need to move on.
