There is a new scam using texts & emails. A person is told they need to book a vaccination appointment via a link, which takes them to a fake NHS form asking for their bank details to prove their identity. Please do share with anyone who might be vulnerable to such a scam.

Yes, the protocols in place mitigate the risk significantly they can't completely remove it. Every single act adds to wider communal risk. We've taken this step as an act of care &concern for the wider community as well as our congregations /ends

This decision has been taken reluctantly but since the national picture is that we're all being told to stay at home wherever possible, we should not be providing opportunities that tempt / encourage people (often vulnerable ones) to act against that advice and come together. 3/4
