@EpsonUK I purchased a brand new ecotank less than 12 months ago which was faulty. The replacement was delivered to me today and the condition is absolutely appalling. It is literally falling apart, scratches all over it, missing paper tray, jamming paper sizer. Disgusting.

I can’t understand this at all, I have never in my life gone on holiday that wasn’t fully paid off before I boarded the flight.
