Life is interesting. You grow up in Lagos admiring the city, jumping buses and using cabs, while carrying your dream in your heart as you watch motorists and Lagos hustlers. Sometimes, when I'm driving, I look around and wear a satisfactory smile that I'm driving my car in my city - the city I grew up in. There is a sense of satisfaction because this is home.

A shop owner shared that a woman purchased goods at her store using an unfamiliar bank note. Her apprentice noticed the money and brought it to her attention. Initially, she refused to accept it, but the person insisted that the bank had just Issued the note inside a fresh bundle. After looking it up online, the shop owner discovered that it was indeed the new 100-Naira note. However, by that time, she had already given the money out as change to some children the next day. Shortly after, the children’s parents returned the cash, explaining that the new note was not yet being accepted in their area.

Until we ladies tell ourselves the truth, we will keep repeating the same cycle of disappointment & regret. Every lady have once dated a man who genuinely loved them & treat them better, but they fumbled him because she thinks there are lots of men in her dm, only to regret it later. I have counseled lots of ladies and they all have one confession in common. The fumbled a good man they once dated and the rest of men they encountered were full of crap.
