@Percy2Percy @_Sm1th10 @Tgarratt10 Yes Leeds broke EFL Regulation 3.4, which requires Clubs to act towards each other with the utmost good faith; and were fined £200k so Southampton could get a larger fine for breaking that and then a points deduction for breaking the new rule.
