There was a report on Near paying a company to do transactions on the network and it the contract recently came to an end and that the transaction count on the network has decreased substantially. I imagine the same thing is happening on many of the VC backed networks like Sui and it really makes it difficult to determine actual adoption. That said, I like Sui

This is where blockchain-based settlement infrastructure becomes strategically important.
