My draft proposal for @XAODAOLLC isn’t just about funding (link to full draft document pinned below)
It’s about ensuring this entity has the firepower it needs to become a true power player in the ecosystem, and avoiding it becoming a ghost.
Beyond capital, it introduces clear governance and a fully structured execution plan to turn that vision into reality.
I welcome constructive feedback from the community, pressure-testing ideas is how we build stronger outcomes.
I’d also value connecting with contributors and decision-makers across the ecosystem, including @xrpl_commons, @XRPLF, and @Ripple, to discuss and challenge the concept together... DMs open 🫡

Spot on and I think this is one of the biggest unlocks for the ecosystem. Builders don’t just need funding, they need clarity and confidence in how decisions are made. Governance exists on XRPL, but it’s not visible or structured enough for the average builder to plug into. That’s where I see a big opportunity to bridge the gap.
