@Staytuneddisco Hello, when it comes to upgrade if you already have a device with us that is active, and you are still paying for the plan to upgrade you would need to pay off the device plan, or you will be billed for two devices. twitter.com/messages/compo…

Awful customer service from @Ryanair . Purchased seats directly from Ryanair, £90, in the Ryanair app, and when flight was changed (by Ryan air) we had to pay extra £126…..I’ve requested a refund as we shouldn’t have paid the extra as it was Ryan airs fault.
