Very dashing, when I was on HMS Illustrious in 1986 the mess that I lived in was directly above where they stored the "BOMB" if we had one on board-"we never confirmed or denied" now I have come to realise that even nukes are fake....

This is me in Germany back in 1987. It was this time when I first realised the British Government was lying to the public. I picked up the Daily Telegraph in the Officers Mess and the front page said "Thatcher denies any nuclear weapons are outside of British soil". The RAF base in Germany may have technically been "British soil", but it was shocking me me how misleading the paper was. I ended up working at The Daily Telegraph briefly a few years later which cemented my understanding of "Fake News" which even led me to making a comedy TV show in 1996 about a journalist who killed an old woman and blackmailed a pedophile councillor in order to get onto the news to promote his new show Life is nuts!

S&P 500 all time highs.
Gold all time highs.
Bitcoin half off.
Ethereum half off.
Any other crypto you might own? More than half off.
Weird. And sucks. If you want to win, you have to just keep doing what works. Sometimes the price really has no relation to how good your stuff is. Some times people are broke and just must press the red button, no matter how much they wish they could press green.
Pulsechain has higher thoughput, lower fees, lower latency, flawless operation for 1000 days, pump dot tires launched, provex launched(beta), and on and on, but if people just have to press green instead of red, it is what it is. And it's that EVERYWHERE in crypto.

@itsmorganariel I think it depends where you come from, it can be used in an affectionate way between best friends who deserve it 😂

@SceneinCinema I completely forgot about this scene, thanks for reminding me. Grim!

On Misery (1990), Rob Reiner used real tension to shape the performances.
When Kathy Bates told him James Caan wasn’t engaging with her due to his no-rehearsal approach, Reiner advised her to turn that frustration into her character.
He also kept Caan bedridden for 15 weeks — a tough, reaction-heavy role Caan wasn’t used to. RIP Rob Reiner. 🕊️

Ace Finchum asked me out of the blue a while back if I wanted the new Tigertailz box set. And he sent it to me... asking for nothing in return. A friendship came out of that, & we were planning an interview that sadly won't happen now. Thanks for being so cool, Ace. @coolasice232
