@bigbodybitch55 @DeanTTraining I made the switch to glass on some common things like Tupperware and mineral water. But you’re right it’s probably pointless because the microplastics are everywhere.

@Steak2Aces @DeanTTraining What do you think of microwaving frozen vegetables in plastic I’ve been doing this for a quick and easy serving of vegetables it’s obviously microplastic central but since there’s microplastics in everything I feel like there’s no point I’m trying to avoid them.

You don’t have to eat all 6 at once but if you…. - tack 2 onto Breakfast - tack 2 onto Lunch - tack 2 onto Dinner ….you will NEVER have a problem hitting your protein intake for the day THAT’S A PROMISE

@DeanTTraining I’m eating 4 to 6 of those daily for the protein and as a healthy snack😎

@bigbodybitch55 @DeanTTraining I don’t notice that at all. The protein just comes from the milk. They are also not loaded with sugar like a protein bar.

@Steak2Aces @DeanTTraining Do they taste like there’s unmixed protein powder in them, protein bars always have that weird texture.

@bigbodybitch55 @DeanTTraining The ingredients are pretty minimal. I haven’t eaten a protein bar in a long time but if I remember correctly they have a long list of sketchy ingredients.

@Steak2Aces @DeanTTraining Ain’t it bad to eat so much processed yogurt like that? It’s like eating protein bars everyday, it can’t be healthy.

It's crazy that there are people out there who think bread, rice, pasta, and potatoes are inherently bad for you and unhealthy, and that no one should ever eat them.

Ask the average guy to drop down and give you as many Push-Ups as he can…. If he’s allowed to do them like the dude in Video 1….he’s giving you 15, 20, maybe even 25 If he’s forced to do them like the dude in Video 2….he might get 4
Jason Helmes@anymanfitness

How many push-ups (all the way down and up, zero cheating) do you think the average guy can do? Not gym rat. AVERAGE guy. If I had to guess, I would set the over/under at 8.5. Maybe lower.

@Jungle__Jay I wouldn’t say intentional. I do 3 sets per on average and hit failure on every set. I pay strict attention to form as I am 50 and can’t afford an injury. But I don’t seem to progress naturally.

@SamaHoole It honestly doesn’t make sense to have to eat dinner, sleep all night, then wake up and eat again just to have energy to lift.

"I can't train fasted. I don't have the energy." You have: - Yesterday's ribeye, still being slowly disassembled in the small intestine - Roughly 2,400 calories of glycogen, sitting in your muscles and liver, waiting to be asked - Somewhere north of 100,000 calories of stored fat, strapped to your body for exactly this scenario There is plenty to go around. The fuel is already in the building. The fuel has been in the building since you were a teenager. The body just needs you to stop eating long enough that it remembers where it put everything.

There’s mornings when my alarm goes off I don’t want to get up & go to the gym But I get up brush my teeth, start my morning routine, pack my bag & walk out the door That’s all it takes. Walking out the door. I’ve made my choice. I’m committed I’ve never regretted a workout in my life & you won’t either Wake up, get out of bed & get out of the front door

@GhostTiedBow @SamaHoole The body can make glucose from protein and fat, which is then stored as glycogen through glycogenesis

@Guru23464 @TheJoeySwoll I am 50 and I’m sure I may have asked that question when I was younger. I don’t think it’s to be rude, but it makes people feel rushed. If someone asks I always offer a work in. I personally don’t interrupt anyone’s workout by asking how many they have left or if I can work in.

@Steak2Aces @TheJoeySwoll In fairness, that was the norm when I was younger. I’m no boomer but old enough to where lifting in a crowded chain gym no longer appeals to me and lifting is now not the main event l, but supplemental to endurance so I’m not lifting as many sets and a lot more flexible with time
