In 'Sonic & All-Stars Racing Transformed', using a drone powerup uses a tiny version of your vehicle, and it will change based on the transformation.

Playing Metroid Dread again and I think this game legit has the BEST 2D character movement controller of any game I've played. Nothing comes even close.
