Now at the halfway point of my Rangers scouting series for @scotlandscoeff1.
I round out the defence this time, looking at the dynamics of a centre back partnership and highlighting the one Scottish talent Rangers should be after this summer.

@johnwalker_1986 Those 16 chances created totalled just over 1xA, despite the fact he had taken 17 corners in those games. He's not some creative influence, he's just a guy who puts himself about.
He has almost none of the qualities required to play that position in a ball dominant team.

Mentality is definitely over focused by our support. The bigger issue is that most of these players are poor footballers and the manager doesn't seem capable of setting up a team to control games of football

Skov Olsen finding pockets around the box is when he’s most dangerous & we’ve just not seen enough of it. His movement for the Kilmarnock goal showed exactly what he brings when he gets into shooting areas 1G/2A in 353 mins, Rangers need more from the Dane in the final 9 games🇩🇰

Bucked at the first sign of pressure.
Time-wasting at 50 mins sent wrong message to our team (and fans) & I think gives them a lift.
We need to be much better in-game. See Motherwell, see today. You can’t not win at 2-0 up at half-time.
