It was an honour to present Marina Abramović Element (MAE) on the Main stage of NFC Lisbon. Today we have another session at 6:10 pm ⚡️
Recognised as one of the most important contemporary artists of our time, Abramović embarked on a quest to create her avatar, which serves as a vibrant extension of her creative vitality into the digital age, working beyond physical limitations. Presented artworks pay homage to key artworks from her past, recontextualising them for the digital gaze, thus forming a new body of work.
The first phase of the collection premieres 18th June.
