@Purex As a representative of the company they should be able to provide this. And 6. This was the third attempt to talk to them as I was hung up on twice. Especially since the second person I spoke to was so helpful. I was not happy with the last call. Please advise.

@Purex continued; 1. Said it wasn't the product but me, the are only two scents that lost their smell, the others are fine. 2. Said there is a shelf life so I had the product too long. 3. Couldn't explain where I find the expiration date or shelf life.

@Purex I just called customer care about scent crystals that have no scent. They asked me how often I use the product, I said "everytime I do laundry" they then proceeded to tell me that it was not the product but that I'm immune to the scent. I'm not happy at all they...
