@message2garcia @Nature Independent replication is a better basis for deciding the truth of scientific claims than peer review.

Why is @nature is seen as a top journal? It's because many scholars cite papers Nature publishes in their own publications. By making clear that citations are not based solely on merit, and thus debasing them, Nature is undermining a basis for its claim to prominence.

I find it strange that, on a post sharing my love and beautiful photos of Nairobi, this is what you chose to comment. Let me tell you, Nairobi is also the only capital city in the world with a national park inside it, it’s one of Africa’s leading centres of tech innovation, it’s also one of the greenest capitals in the world. Beyond that, it’s a cultural mosaic, alive with communities, food, and music that make it uniquely Kenyan. And it’s both an African and global transport hub, connecting people and ideas across continents. That’s the Nairobi I know and love. ❤️🇰🇪

Extremely disturbing trend is allowing physicians trained overseas to practice in the US wo American training. Medical Education overseas is NOT of the same quality as that in the US. Patients will suffer.
