New client alert! I'm thrilled to be joined by @Stellerex64 with his adult mystery that blew me away. Not only did it leave me guessing about suspects, but the characters are bursting with personality and there's enough thriller elements to put me on the edge of my seat!

The reawakened
I worked so hard on this piece because it resonates with me. Sometimes we lose our spark and it takes us a long time to be happy again to bloom and go out in the open again, I wanted something to remind me that I’d find my spark again.

@oh_reeeeally @P_Kallioniemi lol. The line for Trump goes from the middle of his head to the back of his tailbone, while the line for Zelenskyy goes from behind his head to his thigh. They’re both leaning in, regardless of what angle some moron drew the lines, just to they could invent a narrative
English

@StephenRDona To be sure, there were also unnecessary paragraphs and scenes, which I wrote because I liked how they sounded. But looking at them critically, they weren’t furthering plot, subplot, character development, or anything useful
English

@Stellerex64 That’s great to hear! 💡 Editors always push us to refine and tighten our work. It’s interesting how feedback often leads us to rethink previous chapters. How are you finding the balance between adding more depth and maintaining efficiency?
English

@StephenRDona In my case, it was easy enough to take an objective look at my writing style. I’m cutting with a scalpel, not an axe. Replacing adverbs with stronger verbs, rephrasing passive voice, removing unnecessary phrases and words, dialog tags. It all adds up
