@ZARA_Care is it common to take someones money without delivering a product? Your online agent did not care as your '3rd party courier' has said they did their job. Despite the photo proof of delivery showing a different address. Its quite distressing

@BrewDog Avid fan of the brand, you would want to know if a bar wasn't representing you properly Duke of Hammersmith, it's busy but not oversubscribed for a euros game and the 'boss' has made 3 staff cry. He's rude and aggressive to customers and it's just not acceptable.

@edfenergy I am APALLED with your customer service (lack of). 12 weeks since I had my smart meters set up and I am still waiting for the reader to be delivered. Each time I call I am sent in circles and told I will be called back, still waiting. How do I get this resolved.

If anyone is thinking if employing the services of @Carpetright *DONT* My carpet install was 'forgotten' yesterday and so far no apology or reschedule confirmed. Management at the local store not bothered and waiting for a reply from customer service
