@Steph_m_k I'm not sure, as far as I can see it's an issue with the Spalding to Peterborough part of the journey/booking which is managed by East Midland Railway but I'll ask our Retail System Managers to look into it. ^Charlene

@LNER is there a problem with trains Pbo-LDS on Tuesday 19th? The appt and website won’t let me buy a ticket for a train before 10am

@LNER Can you tell me why I can no longer book advance tickets for my journey Spalding - Leeds but instead have to either pay the extortionate open fare or buy two separate tickets and risk difficulties if one of the trains is delayed?

@Steph_m_k I don't have specific stats at hand but there are times when our services become fully reserved. Especially if they're some of our shorter trains which all 3 of those services are. ^Charlene

@LNER How often does this happen? I do the journey regularly and travel on LNER during commuter time to London and have never seen a train marked as sold out before, especially multiple lines

@Steph_m_k Yes if someone had an open ticket they would still be able to board but we would encourage anyone to use a service with reservations available to avoid any overcrowding. ^Charlene

@LNER I don’t understand how every single train into Leeds on two operators can be sold out for one particular morning 7-10am but on no other day

@LNER I’ve never seen a LNER train just be sold out - surely anyone with an open ticket could just get on it anyway? I can’t get the 6.49 as my connecting train into Peterborough doesnt start running early enough. Going an alternative way through Lincoln also comes up as sold out

@LNER Is there an issue with the trains from Pboro to Leeds on the morning of Tuesday 19th? I can’t buy a ticket on your website, it just says ‘sold out’ for all the peak time trains

@GC_Rail I'm trying to book a ticket from Brighouse to Doncaster on Thurs 23 Feb, but there don't appear to be any direct services: is there a problem with the line on this day?

@jet2tweets It is my NHS trust’s policy not to sign fit to fly in pregnancy certificates: do you have any alternative suggestions? My consultant has said I’m fit to fly, but he’s not permitted to sign the form.

@Ryanair I’m supposed to fly to Spain on Friday but have been unable to get a fit to fly in pregnancy letter as my NHS trust has a policy of not providing them. My midwife and consultant both agree I’m fine to fly. Can you suggest any alternative to the standard form?

@LNER I'm going to be travelling from SPA-KGX, changing at PBO. I'll have a baby in a pram with me - is it possible to get assistance at PBO to get onto the LNER train to London?

seat reservations, as it's mostly running empty. I've instead bought the whole journey from East Midlands website, which I tried as a last resort, thinking that LNER wouldn't possibly be giving me incorrect information about the train. Please look into this. 2/2

@LNER I've unsuccessfully been trying to buy tickets from you for Spalding to KGX return, changing at Pbo. Your website won't sell me the SPA-PBO/PBO-SPA leg of the journey, claiming that there are no seats left for any time on any day. It's a train that's still not doing 1/

@LNER What time will the 21.35 from Kgx arrive in Pbo?

@LNER I’m on delayed 17.18 out of London, was due to change in Pbo to go to Spalding (arrive 18.52). Will I have to wait almost an hr at Pbo for the next Spalding train or will taxis be provided?

@LNER If I were in Kings Cross or Leeds, I like your thinking...unfortunately the lounge at Pbo is over the road through a hotel so not really an option!

@LNER Do you know what time 19.30 from Kgx gets to pbo? I’ve got a connection at 20.30 to Spalding, the last train of the night.

@LNER Thank you, the staff are usually fantastic but the taxis always take ages to get to the station - it would be so nice if they’d have some ready to go
