I think they read my previous tweet as within 30 mins I received a call 🤣they have let me send in a special delivery envelope with one back to me inside.🤞

@OhZxki @Stephan01751759 @blinkie11 @HM_Passport Applied in Feb and the they sent in March so not that long but it was TNT that were the issue. We had nothing from them to say they couldn’t find us and eventually it got sent back to HMPO. Christ knows where it is now.

@jimbolee12 @blinkie11 @HM_Passport I feel your pain! I am in the exact same situation, it's been sat in the Peterbrough office since 2nd March after TNT returned it to them for no apparent reason. Promised a call to re arrange delivery and still nothing. Constantly getting cut off during calls. We fly in May.Dicks

@HM_Passport Still awaiting my passport which was dispatched on the 24th Feb, and been sat back in your office, which you confirme since 2nd March with no effort to re-dispatch! Advised I would be contacted to rearrange the delivery! 5 times I've called today so far and still no further

@HM_Passport I'm still waiting delivery after being dispatched on the 24th Feb, was returned to HMPO on 28th Feb and no attempt at sending back out. Was contacted last week to say the delivery team would ring me and still waiting. 10 weeks now and holiday soon. Absolute joke!

@teasingh @HM_Passport I've finally received a call back today as they have found it, advised they will get it back out for redelivery but I've asked for it come royal mail and I'll pay so now awaiting another call from delivery department🤞

@Stephan01751759 @HM_Passport Same with me. I received my call back after 14 days. Unfortunately our passports didn’t arrive on time and we lost all our holiday. They arrived 68 days too late. I hope you have better luck 🤞

@AFost79 @HM_Passport How did you get them to report was lost? I'm having similar issue, dispatched 24th Feb, TNT advised returned to HMPO on 28th Feb. Yet HMPO state they have no record and have it out for delivery and getting no where. And apparently I can't mark it as lost, they have to?!?

@HM_Passport We travel on Thursday and my wife has a record of her passport arriving at Durham early Feb however we have been told that it has been lost and that we have basically lost out on our first family holiday since the pandemic with no hope of a refund. This service is a joke!!!!

@SamStrayWood @HM_Passport @FedEx They did this to me too, and when I contacted them, they advised they haven't even got it and its been returned to HMPO. Disgrace of a company!

@HM_Passport Don’t do online,go in person or via PO. It takes so long, I was unable to attend an on boarding for new role in Italy. The @FedEx #TNTdelivery without warning sent a text yesterday, unable to deliver & another today after rescheduling but they didn’t even attempt to deliver.Stuck
