I really think iKKO is onto something here.
The Mind One is a tiny Android phone that feels more like an old MP3 player in the hand. It runs surprisingly well on low-end silicon; the camera is clever; and the whole thing looks fantastic.
Sadly, it also commits the typical tech sin of 2026: instead of trying to be a great phone, it tries to be an "AI Phone" – with predictable results.

Things I genuinely hate:
The S Pen is by far the cheapest, flimsiest, and thinnest S Pen I've seen in an Ultra / Galaxy Note.
The design is unnecessarily rounded and iPhone-like. Galaxy S25 Ultra and S24 Ultra did a better job at expressing what a Samsung Ultra design should be like.
I find the reduction in thickness to be unnecessary. This results in an excessive camera bump, which can be flattened with a thicker phone that uses a larger battery.

Titanium will always feel more premium than aluminum.
Also, this year’s black doesn’t look as good as last year’s Jet Black.
I currently have all three with me:
• Galaxy S25 Ultra Jet Black
• Galaxy S25 Ultra Titanium Black
• Galaxy S26 Ultra Black
In my opinion, the Jet Black still looks the best.

Samsung's biggest mistake was making the S24 Ultra too good. Titanium frame, sharp boxy design, beautiful colors, best anti-reflective display, and even Bluetooth in the S Pen.
Now the S26 Ultra somehow feels like a downgrade. When you set the bar that high, people expect the next phone to be better. Samsung forgot that part.

The design of Galaxy Z Fold7 remains at my favorite design out of any phone Samsung sells today.
And I figured out why: it retains the iconic (and superior) shape of hard, 90 degree corners of Galaxy S24 Ultra.
While the Ultra loses its identity, it is being kept with Fold7.

With all the things I don’t like about Apple, I am happy there is a place that never fails to impress me in terms of web design and execution.
