@FedExHelpEU My delivery is stuck in Holland. Can I get an update. I have emailed and checked shipment updates and still no response. Paperwork has been re- sent to Imports. Still no update. This was a priority deliver. Please can I get update on this shipment. Stephen

@DHLParcelUK Just had a delivery in last 30min- Customer service and attitude of your driver is shocking. His attitude towards a damaged item beggers believe. Making a comment ' I am sick of people complaining' then goes on to moan about he's out here doing a job.

@ShellEnergyHome New customer and the customer service I have received is shocking. Not responding to emails and online chat cuts me off and sends me back 47 in the queue.Regardless of the covid situation customerservice should be alot better.
