@British_Airways hello - having trouble with your ap. Tried to check-in and change my seat. I moved the seat, entered credit card details and then it checked me in without changing seat.

@MousetrapLondon is there a seating plan on your website? I’d really like to book my own tickets or at very least see where you suggest I sit! The website has offered me dress circle A19-20 and all seating plans I can find say there is an aisle in between them!!

@GWRHelp Okay, thanks for looking into that! Yes please to reserving the spaces on the trains, what's the next steps with that. Presume we'll be able to get a ticket on the day for the Plymouth to Par section and there's time?

@StephenBeeny Ok it looks like the issue is with the Plymouth to Par train on the outward trip which can't be reserved, the website won't issue a ticket without a reservation. I can reserve your space on the London trains then you can just buy your ticket at the station. -Andy

@GWRHelp Hello - having problems trying to book train tickets on your website, whatever combination of times I use it says there is a problem. I review the order, but then it says: "Sorry, there's a problem with our system. Please try booking your journey again." Can you help?
