VICTORY! Today, the Big Cat Public Safety Act passed the U.S. Senate! BCPSA prohibits the private possession of big cats and makes it illegal for exhibitors to allow direct contact with cubs. We hope the President moves swiftly to sign this important bipartisan bill into law. 🐯
