@vitt2tsnoc As of may 2024, laws in the uk have significantly shifted, and your right to request part time working has moved in favour of the employee. You can make up to 2 requests per year which need to be considered. These rights are from day one in a job!

I genuinely think if we all moved to a 4 day working week it would change the course of society. People would be happier, healthier, less angry, more present, I really think it would change the world.
