@SW_Help @BTP No need. The passenger who was closest to the window got off at Woking. I made sure he was ok. Guard was no where and not interested when the passenger spoke to him!

@SW_Help something has just hit the window in coach 1 of 1W74 as we travelled between Basingstoke and Woking. It has shattered the glass. A passenger was almost hit.

@SW_Help Were still trying to locate the guard. @BTP are not interested but i think it might be someone throw something off one of the bridges on the route.

@GWRHelp absolutely awful experience on the 1C86, catering staff rude and obnoxious refusing to serve hot drinks as im standing up! Completely unacceptable!

It is with great sadness that we report a person has been hit by a train between East Croydon and London Bridge. All lines are blocked between these stations whilst the emergency services work to deal with this incident. Service information will follow.

@BTPChief please can you sort out the begger situation on the @SouthernRailUK trains from East Croydon to Victoria. Today beggers harassing customers. This is the 3rd occasion in as many days that this has occurred. Unacceptable.

Today ive delivered another @stjohnambulance Safeguarding Level 2 course. This time at our HQ in Woodley to our volunteers in Berkshire. Always love visiting Woodley such a lovely area.

@SW_Help yet again the lift at Walton on Thames is out of service. Completely unacceptable its been out of service more than in service! @Heidi_Labour @transportgovuk need to investigate. @monicabeharding @DisRightsUK @RSSB_rail need to also launch an investigation.

@GWRHelp According to the boards at Paddington it has catering on board hence it becomes false advertising which is a criminal offence. I've emailed the CEO directly.

@GWRHelp extremely disappointing to hear that you've breached your contractual obligations regarding catering on the 2102 1C34. I've been speaking to the DfT about penalties for this breach.
